The Loose Cannon Club in London hosted our second London final of the season with £500 cash being awarded and a Vegas 100 package

Last season’s West London champion, John Allam, was back to try and defend the title he won back in March. The club he was representing, the Royal British Legion, did have a finalist, not John however, but this time it was Chris Greenhill‘s turn for a shot at the title.

The final table started with the two big stacks as hot favourites, however, both Eddie Taylor and Roger Dakkash failed to convert their stack into a win as they came home in 3rd and 5th respectively. Once Eddie was eliminated he left Kevin O’Brien and Graeme Wright to contest the heads-up match. The final hand saw Graeme in great shape as his K-5 matched up against Kevin’s 10-5. The board was of no help to Kevin as it ran out 9-J-7-9-A to crown Graeme Wright as the new Redtooth West London regional champion!
