The two finalists from the Miles Arms unfortunately couldn’t quite secure a clean sweep of trophies as Liesl Oliver finished in 10th and Matt Oliver in 9th. Alex Peart clung on for a cash prize in 8th with Martin Hook 7th, Steve Warriner 6th, Ian Woolley 5th, Terry Kettle 4th and Justin Reakes 3rd. Long time Redtooth Poker member Flora Fawcett was left to battle with Craig Owlett for the trip of a lifetime to Las Vegas. The final hand saw Craig get extremely unlucky as his Ac-6c dominated Flora’s Ad-2s. Even more so on a 6s-3h-As flop, that was until two spades peeled off on the turn and river to give Flora a spade flush and in-turn the title of our West Country champion! Congratualtions Flora!
