The team trophy took a while to decide with two pubs both having two players left on the final table. It was finally awarded to the Viking Bar in Glasgow after Willie Gifford and Richard Martin finished in 3rd and 4th. Here they are joined by Stephen McInally and Tommy Walker.

Going into the final table John Cochrane and Jeanette Campbell were trying to better their previous final table appearances from earlier in the year but unfortunately for them neither hit the right cards. The final heads up saw the two chip leaders fight it out. When the flop came down 643 Steven Mair was hoping for something to turn his Q5 into a straight, whilst Gary Campsie waited with anticipation to see if his pair of 4’s would hold up. As the turn came down J, both players knew it all rested on the river. A 10 on the river meant that Gary would be joining us in Las Vegas. Well done!
