The very popular Grosvenor Casino in Leeds opened it’s doors to our West Yorkshire and East Riding members with a trip to Las Vegas on the cards for one lucky Redtooth member.

The West Yorkshire team event winners were the Travellers Rest in Leeds who provided 2 finalists on the day in Mark Wright and Stephen Wilson. Adam Gibson also assisted in the team event win.

A tense final got under way after Gary Bell was eliminated in 11th place. The first player to exit the final was Grant Read in 10th with Mark Wright 9th, Stephen Wilson 8th, David McDonald 7th, Thomas Howe 6th, Shaun Goddard 5th, Chris Sagar 4th and Mark Davies 3rd. The Las Vegas trip and £200 prize money was contested between Thomas Heslop and Darren Hanson. A heads-up encounter that Thomas Heslop won after his K-7 outdrew Darren’s A-8 on a 5-2-K-6-4 board.
