New Brighton’s Grosvenor Casino hosted our Merseyside regional final for our Liverpool, Blackpool & Wirral areas. Another Merseysider would be off to Las Vegas next year to take part in our VEGAS100 National Final. Cash prizes and the team event trophy were also up for grabs.

As always the first award of the day was for the best represented team. The award went to a long time Redtooth Poker venue, the Park Hotel in Southport. Congratulations to Stephen Thomas, Tony Ball, John Greave & Christian Mathews.

Our 10 player final saw a host of brand new faces with a new face certain to be heading to Las Vegas next year. Gary Robinson started in prime position with the chip lead on 116,000 in chips. 8 eliminations later we were down to our heads-up match between Gary Robinson and David Robarts, both from the Wirral. After a short heads-up battle Gary Robinson emerged victorious to become the Farmer Arms 2nd VEGAS100 qualifier in 2 years. Congratulations Gary!!
