137 players crammed into the Manchester 235 casino to find another Las Vegas trip winner.

Matt Wiseman from the Bowling Green in Chadderton was amongst the first players out, along with Andrea Graham from the Fox & Goose in Lancaster. The Beaumont Arms had a good showing with two finalists in Daniel Long and Chris Menzies and two other top 50 finishes in Martin Lord and Gary Blamire. The Royal Hotel in Atherton also weighed in with two finalists, Mark Tildesley and Mike Yeo.

An 8 seater final saw a huge stack in Rob Stuchberry and a low stack in Luke Oliver. Rob wasted no time, however, as he raced into a heads-up encounter with Mark Tildesley. It turned out to be Robs lucky day as his K-8 got the better of Mark’s A-J on a 3-8-2-K-2 board to claim the North West One title. Rob wins a package into our National Final. Congratulations to all winners.
